My Blog Template Success

I’m looking for new WordPress theme around the net, some site offers it for free and others are for membership or for extra money. My theme which I bought from Themeforest.com is been good enough for me. I’m so thankful for the year of making my blog looks good. From this theme I learn how Template Pages work where I am able to add some php code the way I want the page work. My Contact Page and Social Comments Page are the experiments I use to create with WordPress page template. And after that I begin to add some RSS Page and Amazon Store.

Goals Commitment Reason

The rich man is giving his $10 Million to you. Both of you count the money and smell it for the purpose of this money will be truly yours with conditions. The rich man said that you will dig a 10ft whole to bury this money at night with no one are watching so that you will get it in the morning that no one knows that you are digging for the money that rich man given to you. When you are ready to start digging the money you must not stop until you get it or else the money will just be given to others.

Your goal now is to get that money and your commitment is not to stop until you get it.

Morning comes and you have to start digging your money. The crowd started to notice what are you doing and they ask you what are you doing? Of course you will answer “I am digging my money” because only you know that there is money ten feet below the ground. They will laugh but you will ignore them because you have commitment to get it. And the rain start falling that you will be sick if you caught by the rain but you must finished the digging because of your commitment.

And now after the hard work you get your goals. You feel happy and tiredness is no room for you now because you get what you want to get.

Goals give vision and direction and commitment give energy to accomplished things, but sometime it’s not enough to rely on the two, it often fail when there is no reasons involve.

Reason can change everything. Another man offers you the same amount to have just to stop what you have started. What will you do? Instantly you get the $10 Million goals but your commitment to man ends, or ignore the opportunity and continue what you’ve started.

To make a strong goals and commitment you have to have a deep reason in order to accomplish the things that you want. $10 Million is just money that you can get and have in many ways but a reason will only comes within your decision to make.

This time lets substitute the money with your love one, Isn’t that heavier than $10 Millions. Your love one is buried ten feet below the ground and you must get within an hour or else it dies. Then in the middle of what you are doing I will make $20 Million offer double than before. Will you stop and let your love one die? Even if the rich man did not offer the same value or same things.

When your reason is enough to perform your goals and commitment, it becomes strong and unfailing.

How much is that chicken?

How much ist that chicken

One day we went from a business trip to meet our leaders to teach them how to leverage their time through others. We show them how rich people use the time of other people to gain more wealth. One example is the fast food chain like Jollibee and McDonald. The owners are not the one you see operating the business but instead the crews, staffs, and manager of the store. They make money out of the efforts of others and the more they are the more they gain wealth. Another example is like buying cigarettes. How many are buying cigarettes right now? If 10% of 95 million Filipinos are smoking, how can sell it to them at once or at the same time? Lucio Tan did it. He uses the channel of distribution to multiply himself, from factory to the warehouse, from warehouse to the wholesaler, and from the wholesaler to store or from the vendor where we can buy cigarettes.
They become rich using the Law of Leverage where they can multiply their time and effort through others. The training is good and the people learn something that can change their life if only they find a way to apply the Law of Leverage.

This is not a true story but it shows the reality how to value things that is lost.

After the training, we traveled back and along the road the vehicle accidentally hit the chicken that crosses the street. It’s a hen that lays eggs. When we ask the owner of that chicken, How much is that chicken? The owner pauses and calculates the price of the chicken. He valued so much the hen that only few know how expensive it is. He shows the price and I was shocked to see the amount of that chicken. It’s almost P1,000,000.00 and how could this be. The farmer said, well that hens lays an egg, and some become a hen and lays eggs too. In her tenth generation, that chicken can produce over a million of eggs and I only charge it for only P1.00 and you must be thankful that. Speechless that chicken applied with the law of leverage and the farmer is the mentor.
